DeleteIn 2020, working remotely became the norm. However, as the COVID-19 pandemic is ending, a new type of workplace is emerging: the hybrid workplace. There are many benefits to working remotely for knowledge workers:
Remote work policy can be beneficial if the organisation adopt a task orientated policy instead of time based. Employees will have the flexibility with work life balance. However it would also depend on the individual as to not exploit the companies policy for remote work. Good job Grate article
