Here are some of the benefits and challenges of implementing a remote work policy, as well as some strategies that HR can use to support employees in a hybrid work environment


Benefits of Remote Work

Ø  Increased flexibility and work-life balance: Remote work allows employees to have more control over their schedules, which can lead to better work-life balance and increased job satisfaction.

Ø  Reduced commute times and costs: Remote work eliminates the need for commuting, which can save employees time and money.

Ø  Access to a larger pool of talent: Remote work allows employers to hire employees from anywhere in the world, which can increase the pool of talent available to the company.

Challenges of Remote Work

The greatest advantages of hybrid work to date are: improved work-life balance, more efficient use of time, control over work hours and work location, burnout mitigation, and higher productivity.
